Even though that i had some trouble with it, All I did was called you folks and you were more than willing to repair and have it towed the very next day at your expense. Everyone there had treated me very well that in the near future if had have any "frame or alignment" work needed, I would be more than glad to be a returning customer! I would highly recommend your service to my family and friends!

Dear Linda, Doug & Chip: I want to thank you all for helping me repair the front end on my classic 1978 Cadillac El Dorado Biarritz saving it from going to the wrecking yard. That Tuesday morning Linda offered a hot cup of fresh coffee. Doug and Chip quickly analyzed the repairs my automobile needed. After repairing the front end the Cadillac El Dorado steers and rides like the day I bought it.
I can see why you have been in business for 35 years and are a current member of the Better Business of Dallas. Keep up the excellent service.

It is so refreshing today to be able to deal with operations that tell you the truth and then do what is required without charging an "arm and a leg".
Also- to prove your integrity and honesty - a couple of years ago I brought in my car to have it aligned. After checking it out the young man told me I did not need a wheel alignment - just have the tires balanced.

Thanks for the great job yesterday on my wife's red Chrysler laser Balljoint & Bearings etc... I have not heard the "New Car" suggestion in over 24 hours.
I want to let you know that it pulls to the right and, when she gets back in town, I'll bring it in to see if its tires or alignment or?
You must know that its not just a quick hop to your place from Plano but whenever there is something more than a wheel balance or shocks Dallas Frame is the place to go. The people that I have sent to you over the years never go until they have had the local guys puzzled or mess something up... Then they finally make the trip to 2514 Fabens.
